Begitu
banyak format video yang tersebar, namun jika Anda paham akan
kegunaan format video itu sendiri mungkin Anda tidak akan terlalu
bingung dalam membedakannya. Misalnya saja seperti format video
berekstensi flv (flash player) yang sering dijumpai ketika
mendownload file dari YouTube menggunakan IDM (Internet Download
Manager), karena memang format ini lebih cepat dimainkan ketika
streaming di internet. Kemudian forat berbentuk 3gp yang sering
ditemukan pada handphone. Ada juga format avi, mpeg4 yang sering
diputar untuk dimainkan pada DVD Player. Dan masih banyak lagi yang
lainnya.
Tapi
disini Saya tidak akan membahas mengenai jenis-jenis video lebih
dalam, melainkan berbagi ilmu untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang sering
diajukan seperti “Bagaimana cara konversi file video kebentuk yang
lain?” dan “Software apa yang dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam hal
mengkonversi file tersebut?”
Oleh
karena itu, disini saya akan memperagakan bagaimana cara konversi
file video kedalam format video yang kita inginkan dengan menggunakan
Freeware yang handal dalam kasus ini. Ikuti langkah awal ini
sebelum memulai konversi video:
Perlu
di ingat, untuk menginstall aplikasi video converter ini, kita harus
mempunyai NET Framework terbaru yang memungkinkan kita untuk
menginstall aplikasi gratis ini. Setelah proses instalasi selesai,
barulah Anda bias menjalankan aplikasi tersebut. Kemudian ikuti
langkah selanjutnya:
Jalankan
aplikasi Freemake Video Converter yang telah terinstall, maka akan
tampil gambar seperti berikut ini:
Sekilas
mengenai Android, merupakan Sistem Operasi berbasis mobile yang kini
sangat populer dikalangan pecinta gadget. Pada saat peluncuran
perdananya, Android mulai dilirik dipasaran. Karena pihak pengembang
Android sendiri mengklaim dengan dirilisnya sistem operasi terbuka
pada Android ini, semua orang dapat berpartisipasi membuat dan
mengembangkan aplikasi baru di dalamnya.
Desktop
Manager, adalah software yang memungkinkan kita mengorganisir,
mengelola, mensinkronisasi mobilephone / smartphone melalui komputer.
Seperti halnya Nokia PC Suite untuk pengguna ponsel Nokia, dan
Blackberry Desktop Manager bagi pengguna handheld Blackberry, Android
juga punya Desktop Managernya sendiri. Fitur yang bisa didapat
diantaranya, back up data, update, kirim dan terima file,
sinkronisasi email, sms, gambar, video, dan lasih banyak lagi.
Berikut ini merupakan Desktop Manager untuk Android yang paling
populer:
Software
ini merupakan freeware yang bisa di download gratis disitus
officialnya. Software ini dapat berguna untuk memenej kontak
telepon, musik, video, photo, dan aplikasi seperti multimedia
converting, transfer data, manajemen kontak, backup data dan
manajemen telepon lainnya antara komputer dan Android.

PC Suite merupakan software gratis lainnya yang diperuntukan untuk
memenej Android phone melalui computer. Fitur yang disuguhkan
antara lain backup dan import kontak, backup dan import histori
panggilan dan sms, mengatur ringtone, theme dan wallpaper, memenej
sistem, memori dan kunci register pada handphone, install dan
uninstall aplikasi. Software ini jika di install bahasa defaultnya
adalah bahasa China, tapi jangan khawatir karena bahasa tersebut
dapat dirubah ke bahsa lain yang tersedia dengan meng-klik ikon
Android disebelah pojok kiri atas program aplikasi tersebut.
Apa sih Blackberry
Desktops Software itu? Yaitu sebuah software,
kumpulan program-program yang dipaketkan untuk dipasang (di install)
di komputer yang berfungsi mengatur, mengorganisasi,
sinkronisasi, bahkan memperbarui sistem pada Blackberry.
Aplikasi ini dapat
mengenali semua jenis model Blackberry. Desainnya kini lebih
minimalis namun sangat mudah untuk dioperasikan. Bahkan untuk orang
awam sekalipun. Layar utama menampilkan informasi dan gambar
smartphone yang sedang terhubung ke komputer melalui usb.
Berikut ini
beberapa Fitur yang sering digunakan:
Files, menu ini dapat
memberikan hak akses untuk mengirim dan menerima file atau folder
dari PC. Jika tidak terdapat memori eksternal pada device, maka yang
akan muncul adalah memori utama. Biasanya memori utama sangatlah
kecil, oleh karena itu pengguna Blackberry cenderung menyertakan
memori eksternal sebagai tambahan penyimpanan datanya.
Applications, sesuai
dengan namanya, menu ini digunakan untuk mengatur aplikasi-aplikasi
Blackberry. Kegunaan lainnya yaitu dapat menghapus aplikasi yang
telah terinstal dan juga dapat digunakan untuk menginstall aplikasi
melalui tombol import kemudian pilih aplikasi yang yang sudah
tersedia yang kemudian akan di install. Jika ada aplikasi yang
tersedia untuk di update, maka akan ada tanda plus (+) di kolom
action.
.BackUp, ini merupakan
fungsi utama aplikasi tersebut. Dengan menu ini, user dapat
mem-backup data dari Blackberry-nya sebagai cadangan bila suatu saat
terjadi error atau data tidak sengaja terhapus. Untuk menangani
masalah tersebut, data yang sudah di backup bisa dikembalikan
(restore). Data yang dibackup dapat bermacam-macam seperti sms,
email, contact, groups, dan masih banyak lagi.

Organizer digunakan
jika user ingin mensinkronisasikan data (kalender, kontak, dll) ke
